SHIPPING POLICY

As all units and hair pieces are custom made, please allow 2-10 weeks for units to be created. We will keep you informed at every step of the way. For express design, please contact our team at fauxhair@hotmail.com

 

Once your unit has been created, we will express post directly to you. Please allow 1-5 days for shipping. 

For units that are being applied in store, our staff will be in contact to arrange a fitting appointment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Faux Hair we strive to provide you only the best in Hair Replacement and your happiness is the upmost importance.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair purchase, we will happily exchange or offer you a store credit to be used at anytime, However as your units are created to suit your personal needs. there are some important things to consider when exchanging.

To ensure you qualify for a return, please make sure you have not removed or broken the Faux Hair warranty/hygiene seal binding the unit/extensions and they are in original, unworn condition. This seal does need to be intact & the extensions must not be worn or tried on in anyway due to health and hygiene reasons.​

All items must be returned in original condition, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and can not have been custom coloured or cut.

* We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on units that are custom made or coloured by our team*  

 

To return your item please email fauxhair@hotmail.com  with your order number, to request a Return Application.

Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of delivery.

 

Once your unit has been received we will contact you within 24 hours to start the exchange/credit process.

If the matter requires additional adjusting or colouring, this can come at the customers expense and we will contact you further to arrange.

T&C's When Exchanging an Item.

  • Items must be unworn, odour free and in their original condition. Faux Hair retains photos prior to sending. 

  • Items must be in the original packaging and with all tags attached (where applicable) and the hygeine seal still intact

  • All Custom Orders and SALE items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind, this includes toppers and hair extensions 

  • We do not offer returns on custom made items or pieces that have been custom cut and styled and/or coloured.

  • Shipping fee’s for all returns are to be covered by the customer. Faux Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. We recommend using postage with tracking information

  • In accordance with the Australian Hygiene Legislation the return of any beauty product cannot be accepted if it shows any evidence of being opened, altered, worn or used. please consider this prior to purchase

  • We inspect all items when returned thoroughly and as such returns must comply within our guidelines in order for a credit to be issued or an exchange to be made.

  • If the item has been purchased in the salon with one of our hair loss consultants and you leave the salon wearing your hair, this is then worn and ineligible for exchange for hygiene reasons. 

  • We offer a 14 day return policy for any items that require additional colouring, however please note this can often require a fee

Note: If you have had a unit applied within our Salons, the product is deemed as "worn"" and we are unable to offer a credit or exchange.

Custom Order Return Policy

As all custom orders are specifically ordered to suit you, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. All custom order sales are FINAL and cannot be returned for change of mind . Please make sure that you choose carefully when selecting your custom item. Please contact us directly if you would like assistance in placing your order. 

Faux Hair will not be responsible for wrong measurements or incorrect size and or colour selections made.

We can offer adjustments in colour at our salon, or agreed upon via email.
